I give you 3 ingredient cheese bread! (3 ingredients minus my seasonings lol) This was unbelievably delicious!!! Think all the flavor of Little Caesar’s Italian cheesy bread but better because it has no carbs!!! My mom, my sister, and my best friend were blown away with how good this was!
You need 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 egg and seasoning of choice. I used a ton of granulated garlic powder, and this garlic lover’s seasoning that grinds dried garlic and herbs.
In a bowl scramble your egg add your cheese, and however much seasoning you want. Spread into a circle (like pizza dough) on a parchment lined baking sheet, sprinkle with more seasoning and bake 350 10-25 minutes depending on your oven until browned, I broiled mine for a minute or so before taking it out! This was so good! I was worried about it being eggy but it wasn’t at all! The egg just acts as a binder keeping the cheeses together
