Ingredients
- 1 Package of Keto and Co Flatbread Mix (also on Amazon)
- 2 Large eggs (for Flatbread preparation)
- 1/2 Stick butter (for Flatbread preparation)
- 2 Tbsp Parsley
- 2 Cups Parmesan cheese
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp butter (for top of flatbread)
- For the side: 1/2 cup of tomato sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare Keto and Co Flatbread Mix as directed on package
- Let dough sit for 5-10 minutes
- Roll out dough between two pieces of parchment paper, 1/4-1/3" thick
- Melt butter and coat flatbread with melted butter, garlic and sprinkle spread parmesan cheese on top
- Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes
- Let dough cool
- Top with chopped parsley
- Cut flatbread into 12 rectangles and serve with marinara sauce.
